Dust Extraction for Clinker Unloading

Raw materials for production are also delivered to our plant by rail, with unloading carried out in a newly constructed enclosed unloading chamber.

A freight rail wagon of the hopper type (Falls type), designed for the transport of bulk materials such as clinker, is gradually positioned in this chamber. Once the chamber is closed, the material is discharged in a controlled manner into the unloading pit. During unloading, the chamber is equipped with a modern high-performance filtration system ensuring effective dust extraction.

Subsequently, the wagon is moved forward and the entire process is repeated with the next wagon, ensuring continuous and dust-free unloading.
